Non refund of excess EMIs deducted

I have taken a home loan from Bajaj Finserv during January 2016. It was a loan balance transfer from IDBI Bank. Alongwith the loan they had linked a life insurance plan the terms of which are not acceptable to me and hence had asked for cancellation of the same. They agreed to cancel the same on 27th January 2016 verbally and commiited for a time frame of 15 working days. Ultimately the policy got cancelled on 29th of March 2016. In the meantime they had charged me with EMI on the policy amount i.e. Rs.1,44,357/-. The first EMI hit my account on 2nd March and the 2nd EMI hit on 2nd April 2016. They have committed to refund me the amount but inspite of repeated follow ups I am yet to get the refund. I am thus eligible for a refund of EMI amount for 60 days. Similar thing happened with a top up loan amount of Rs. 4.0 lakhs. Rs.2.0 lakhs was credited on time but the rest Rs.2.0 lakhs got credited only on 18th March 2016. Similar EMI got debited from my account on 2nd March and 2nd April 2016 on the entire Rs.4 Lakhs. Thus, I am eligible to get refund of EMI component on this top up amount also for a period of 49 days. Thery have agreed to make such refunds. But inspite of repeated follow ups over mail and phone nothing is happening. They are making false commitment every time that I will get the same the next day.
