Harassment Calls from the company's legal department complaint against NBFC company

Respected Sir/Madam,

I would like to register a complaint against NBFC company "Fullerton India Credit Company Ltd."

I have an active personal loan with the bank since 30-Sep-2012 and the loan account no. is 007225400003050. The loan amount is Rs. 2,23,366/-, loan tenure is 48 months and 45 months EMIs already paid. I have been a sincere customer with this company since 28-Nov-2011 with mutliple loans without defaulting, however with my present/active loan I had 6 EMIs bounced but all the 6 pending EMIs were paid.

Complaints:
1. The loan account is still active and the EMIs are getting debited regularly from my savings account but the bank has already updated the status of the loan as "Written off" in Cibil for an amount of Rs. 1,03,118/-. This has impacted my Cibil score. I had raised dispute with Cibil couple of times (Dispute IDs: D000260770 and CDS04062016000296) but there was nothing done about it.

2. I had received a call from Rakesh Kumar Chaudhary, legal department of FICCL. He said that I have not been making regular payment and I have an outstanding of Rs. 27,000/-. He demanded me to make the payment in full and take a no dues letter from the bank. When I said that he is harassing me, he abused me over the phone and was very rude (I have recorded the call). He also took my residence address to send summons. I had registered a complaint about excess EMI debit and problems that I have been facing with the bank with harassment calls but they have not taken any action so far. They email me every now and then to take more time to resolve and in the mean while I receive a call from their legal department who harass me to make full payment and take no dues letter. They do not update their record and pester customer to by making harassment calls.

I have all the email interactions and call recording with me.

Please take appropriate action against the bank for this kind a behavior with their customers.
