This complaint regarding nonpayment of my refund of Extra EMI deducted from my
Account for my Two-Wheeler loan even after loan closure.
I had purchased a two wheeler - Suzuki Access 125 from Kapoor Motors, Sion Koliwada in the month of August 2019. (MH-03, DJ - 2877) for which i had finance loan from Manba Finance and EMI of Rs. 6159/-
was started from October 2019 and ended in August 2020. I had also requested for No Due Certificate
after closure of the loan but till date i haven't received the same. On the above by mistake one extra
EMI of Rs. 6159/-was deducted from my Account in the month of October 2020 by Manba Finance.
I had informed the same instantly and repeatedly following up with Mr. Akshay - Coordinator of Manba
Finance in Kapoor Motors, Ms. Deepa = Legal Dept of Manba Finance, Mr. Kuldeep Chawan - Executive of
Manba Finance but no one till date has responded positively. In fact they are even not answering my
calls now. Email also sent on 21st November but still no reply. As a part of humanity i never complained about this but now even after 1 month and 20 days
there is no response from anyone's end, i am forced to file a complaint as i have lost my hard earned
money due to the company's technical fault. Also refund of bounce charges for 2 months.
