I want to complaint against the company (RSP Build Infra Pvt.Ltd.), from whom I purchased a plot which size is 120 yard in 2015 in Aurangabad (Hodal) Distt. Palwal. I got which registry done in the same year. Due to shortage of money I could not pay PLC and Development charges Rs.81,600 as agreed. I have paid this amount in the year May 2019. I requested to the owner of the company Mr. Gaurav Makkad that I would pay this amount by Cheque but he was not agreed and asked me that you have to give cash, accordingly I did.
But the now problem is that neither he has given me receipt of the amount paid and nor possession letter of plot on his letter head, he is giving me possession letter on plain paper, however he is claiming that he will provide me the letter after getting it notarized. Currently I have no proof of paid amount ie Rs.81600.
Pls help me.
