I have purchased two tyre from your local distributer of Apollo tyres Jhajjar after some days the tyres got damaged and when I submitted for replacement then they asked me for extraa payment of 2500,
Plz reverse my previous tyres as I don't want to replace them and I don't want to pay anything Bcz no one said me that you have to pay for replacement before tyre submittion.

I have logged a grievance with docket no 1634696 on 28th of September on consumer fourm online portal but it's still pending no action taken by them also.
