imposter attending to service calls on behalf which oem company rejects

i called ifb care toll free no forifb wash machine servicerepair call and guy comes to attend saying on behalf of company and does not do any repairs to our satisfaction .
later , whe n i found out he is not the ifb employeenor ifb service cell has sent him.
he took money for the visit but machine is still not in working condition now.
no receipt given and his phone no is7030319561 location is Panjim- GOA.
kindly suggest what and how may i get the problem to solve and avoid such frauds from happening to public at large and the IFB customers specific.
