ORDER cancelled by Amazon but neither REFUND of Rs.166 added to bank nor TRANSACTION REFERENCE NUMBE

I ordered a book written by Ruskin Bond "Captain
Young's Ghost: Ghostly tales from the Indian Hills" with Amazon.in
Order # 406-8868211-3437942 priced Rs.185. The seller Amazing Books
didn't deliver than on 30th March which was the due date & when I
asked about delivery they cancelled my order. Next day I received
REFUND of only Rs.19 on Amazon wallet but the rest of Rs.166 was not
added to my bank account. The PNB customer care has confirmed that NO
REFUND HAS BEEN INITIATED BY AMAZON. I asked Amazon to provide the
TRANSACTION REFERENCE NUMBER for this REFUND but they are NOT READY to
provide that. Amazon agent Akash said it will be provided on 11th
April but I received neither the TRANSACTION REFERENCE NUMBER for this
REFUND not the REFUND of Rs. 200 in my bank account.
