For the transaction Id 2004909452, there were two PNR's.
PNR 1: KDW96A --> Spicejet --> SG104 --> Total amount: INR 15,944 ----> REFUND YET TO RECEIVE.
PNR 2: UTM32V --> Airasia --> I5-761 --->Total amount: INR 15,840 ---> REFUND RECEIVED.
For PNR 2 with Airasia I5-761, I have received full refund amount from IRCTC-- INR 2840 on 21May and INR 13,000 on 11Jul
For PNR 1 with Spicejet SG104, I am yet to receive the refund from IRCTC for INR 15,944.
Spicejet airlines have refunded to IRCTC on 18Jul amount of INR 15944. Attached the confirmation from airlines on full refund done to IRCTC
It's been more than two months now and yet to receive a refund from IRCTC.
I have followed up with the IRCTC team for the last two months over phone and mail, but support is pathetic and horrible.It's been a nightmare experience speaking over the phone to your support team
