My complaint is regarding the refund for the PNR NUMBER;6714089094.
IRCTC website shows that refund for above mentioned PNR number has been initiated on MAY1ST but no refund is shown in my bank statement, nor i received any mail or message from my bank that money has been refunded.
i have been continuously tried reaching IRCTC through mail, customer care number but customer care number always sounds busy, from past 6 hours i have tried reaching them on phone but it always says (please call later, we are busy).
And i have also tried them though mail on [email protected] and what i get is their automatic ticket number. i.e , 142939, 119837.
IT has been seven days since my refunds shows that its been refunded, i have also wasted my todays half of the time on this thing and also approx 15rs on call railway on different numbers.
i hereby attach some screenshot of IRCTC, MY BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER AND MY BANK ACCOUNT STATEMENT FROM 27-04-2018 TO 07-05-2018.
