IRCTC website not refunding failed transaction

my IRCTC website used ID is kalitsnr
i booked a ticket on 06 jan 2017 from warangal to nizamudin for three passengers.
during booking process the money from my card was deducted thrice while ticket booked only once.( ONCE IT WAS DEDUCTED FROM SBP CARD ENDING WITH 3356 AND TWICE DEDUCTED FROM IOB CARD ENDING WITH 5451)
THE AMOUNT DEDUCTED ONCE FROM SBP CARD WAS RECEIVED BACK. now i am still waiting for refund from of failed transaction from Indian Overseas bank card while refund from State bank of Patiala card has been received. the amount pending for refund is not reflected in my IRCTC Login account. so u r requested to refund my money 6369 Rs.at the earliest,
