my berth allocation was degraded from 2ac to 3ac on the travel day causing lot of inconvenience to me and my family.
travel date 27th may 2016, pnr number 8466307483 from Mumbai to Chennai, train number 11041. the tickets were booked 120 days before the journey date.Gave 2 complaints in railways with no suitable reply, hence would want to get suitable compensation.
