I booked a Ticket for my Journey on 25-mar-2018 at 5:30 am From Tundla junction (TDL) to Jaipur Junction (Jp)
My PNR No. Is 2502733918 my train was late more then 3 hours as per the Irctc written rules i filed my TDR before the actual departure of train i filed my TDR completely fairly according to the procedure listed in irct but its 10 days now irctc not refunding my amount And there complaint no.s are all cheating customers they kept me waiting on call for so long and after receiving call cut the call after listening to complaint I want to file serious complaint against this fraud Irctc i have all proofs of my filing TDR but they are declining that i have not filed my TDR on time. Pls take actions Against irctc Immediately i have all proofs. images of My Tickets and Tdr Filing Proof not uploading to your portal its showing error but i can provide all proofs on email if asked from me.
