Dear Sir/Madam,
I called dealer of vizianagram bearing contact number:9603276641, to shift router to my opposite home of mine on 29-09-2020.
And one more thing, earlier I used to pay the monthly rental to rakesh who is now unavaible and he used to remind me regarding the paymant and i used to do online transfer.
but in this last month, without intimating us the dealer disconnected the internet and said that i havent paid the rent.
without reminding me, how can they disconnect?
and regarding shifting of router
He said that he will send some technician, but he is not lifting the call after that, and once I have paid the monthly rental, this is how the dealer responds to the customer.
very worst service in vizinagaram area.
And if he doesnt reposnd immmedialty, will take and put a complaint in conumer court for not providing service properly and providing worst customer service.
