I am unable to access the internet with Excitel from the last 4days. Tried calling customer support and local technician many time but no proper response. Recently technician spoke to me very rudely. In my home 3mem are working from home and from the last 4days, we are facing internet issues and applied 2days leave. It's a huge loss for us each day.
I request you contact them and complete my problem. And also ask Excitel to take action on their employee for rude behavior and blocking my number for 4hrs.
