Dear Sir,
I am filling this complaint against YOU BROADBAND SERVICES for a very poor network and service quality. I am facing internet connection issues for last two months and I have registered multiple complaints for resolution. YOU BROADBAND has provided temporary solutions to these issues and the internet connection issues persist after few days. I highly unsatisfied with their services and register complaint against their extremely poor services. I wish to claim a refund for the last two months service charges and discontinue their services.
Kindly advise the next steps to take legal actions.
