Hello Sir/Madam,
i was taken new connection of broadband from GTPL on 08 August 2020.
SInce taken new connection of internet i am continues facing internet issue and raise complaint approx 25-27 tickets but they are not come at my home and close ticket without my confirmation even my issue not resolved but ticket close i need to raise again ticket and again close.
i am in IT company that's why i taken broadband connection but i totally frosted now and very tired.
I have to leave my office work and go to the GTPL broadband office.
i paid rs. 3500/- but i need to close this connection and i want 5000/- with mentally harassment.
i also sent many email on their nodal officer but not response from them also.
