I was in need of internet connection,so these people from Tikona Sales dept in view to enhance their sale advt at our building gate and assures that i will the internet would start in 2.5 hrs.I have made payment thereafter 3 days gone, nothing has happend, i have got a number on day 3 of a person who was supposed to do the installation but while calling him he is saying that he has left the company. The Sales exec who was there calling me 4-5 times for connection is not picking up the call. The Customer care is not transferring my call to Installation dept i have called 5 times to customer care. If they are not interested to give connection please ask them to refund my money.
