Doubtful Data Consumption Consumer complain against MTS -MBLAZE - Wi-Fi Data Card

I am using prepaid MTS -MBLAZE - Wi-Fi Data Card ( 8647990470 ) for the last 3 years and my average data consumption in a 28 days circle hardly exceeded 3 GB. But, recently I observed some unusual phenomenon as I observed excessive data consumption of 9 GB in the last 20 days while my nature of usage remained same as before. To avoid any kind of pilferage, I have also not used Wi -Fi mode during the said period. It is quite a strange phenomenon, that how huge volume of data is being consumed when the data card is in logged off and unplugged condition. I took up the matter with Customer Care / MTS and subsequently with their Appellate authority, but they seem to be very much reluctant to resolve the issue. I believe that either there is a serious malfunction of MTS data metering system or there can be a possible manipulation / cheating by MTS ( Sistema Shyam Teleservices Ltd. )
