Cheating by den boomband internet broadband connect offered me a offer of 3+3

Around 3 months back, den boomband has offered me a offer of 3+3 in a telephone call
So i get the recharge done on 28th April 2016 with Rs. 1948/-. After recharge, the customer care confirmed me that my plan has been activated after 3 months my offer period of 3 months will automatically get credited in my account but till date it doesn't happen. I am constantly complaining about the same on customer care but they haven't take any action till yet.
