Sir this is regarding the renewal of insurance policy of one Burgmen street we have purchased from GURU NAMAN MOTORS, UDAIPUR, RAJASTHAN in the name of my husband Aniruddha Singh Rathod one year back i.e. in Feb 2019. They have issued the insurance policy from Universal Sompo co. with which there must be a tie-up. Today when i contacted the dealer regarding renewal of my insurance policy they renewed the same but forced me to collect the hard copy of the policy from their showroom. They told me that their is no such policy that they can post the insurance policy to us. This is the first time i am hearing about such policy because in the past whenever i dealt with any insurance company i have received the insurance policy by post to my address.
