My name is Feby john. I had given my postal life insurance policy CERTIFICATES ALONG WITH SURRENDER APPLICATION(Policy no. RKL-KC-EA-152949) 0n 25/4/2017at head post office Thrissur FOR SURRENDERING AFTER THAT SO MANY TIMES I HAVE APPROACHED THE PLI DEPARTMENT STAFF TO GET MY CHEQUE .WHENEVER I CONTACT THEM THEY SAY THAT DOCUMENT IS UNDER PROCESSING .I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY IT TAKE SO MUCH TIME TO GET IT PROCESSED . I REQUEST YOU TO DO THE NEEDFUL TO GET ME THE SURENDER VALUE AT THE EARLIEST
