Vehicle Insurance policy related issue with through online portal from IFFCO TOKIO

Dear Sir/Madam.
I had renewed my two wheeler policy on 02/08/2016 vice renewal number 1-67UNWSJ through online portal from IFFCO TOKIO.
There is no soft copy and hard copy was send by IFFCO TOKIO. The same was accepted by the representative while calling on there TOLL free number 1-800-103-5499. The same was recorded in there voice recording system. Details of telephonic calls at 011-22420743 at 4:40PM.

Because of the delay, I had faced a lot of problem to convince the traffic police about the non -availability of insurance.

Ignorance of IFFCO TOKIO killed my valuable time and gave unnecessary headache.
I would like to penalized them for the same and compensate me for this inconvenience.
