Wrong Deduction of Rs 275 - I am using Idea cellular network.

Hi Sir/ Ma'am,
I am using Idea cellular network. On 18 dec 2018, Rs 275 was deducted from my mobile 9960896180(mothers number). I notice this on 20 dec 2018. I immediately called to customer care regarding this. they said 'parents pack' service is activated on your number for that 275 rs was deducted. but this service was started without my knowledge and without my permission. I said them to stop that service and refund me my Rs 275, they stopped the service but refuse to refund my 275 rs. after this I have twitted this issue on twitter then they contact me 5-6. Every time they contact a new person is there so I need to explain this issue every time and ask for refund. this asking for refund is now like I am begging for money which was already mine. 2 days before I got call from Idea and saying balance was deducted from hello tune. Now I got confirmation that I got cheated by them. Firstly they said for 'Parent Pack' service(I have msg which got on stopping service) and second is hello tune(I have call recording). Please Help me to sort it out and get my balance refund. Hoping from you.
