hi!!
i have ported out of ideacellular for lack of services. my mobile nos 9848698485 and 9848355130 have been ported out in the month of May 2020.
however, idea cellular has not refunded my deposits or has not shared me the calculation of redunfds. i had paid huge money in advance as this was security deposit for my international roaming.
i have not recd money and nor am i getting responses.
appreciate, if you can help me with teh process to get my money refunded with penal interest for the delay in payout.
