My Idea no is 8871328522 and I have been using Idea Post paid services for the last 3 years but few days back i got message that I have charged of using VAS worth Rs. 75 and Rs 35, however i deactivated these services instantly and called customer care centre but they have not refunded my amount. Kindly help !!!!!
