My mother Late Sandhya Chakraborty was admitted in AMRI hospital from 23rd June,2023 to 4th July,2023 with movement disorder and diminished vision in right eye. But actual treatment was not provided to patient as long as she admitted in the hospital. supportive treatment was given unnecessarily led to billing amount increase. Day by day my mother condition deteriorated in the hospital. Initial days, she used to talk, eat by mouth, later she stopped talking, eye closed and several conditions became deteriorated. We used to ask doctors why patient is not talking, why she is always sleeping, then they told that she is drowsy. Medicines are going to reduce the effect of pressure of tumor. RMOs were quite uncomfortable and nurses were not supportive to discuss with us. We were unsatisfied with the service they provided and patient became almost unconscious in between these days. Then we decided to shift the patient to apollo hospital and apollo doctor said that she is not drowsy, she is gone to coma state before while she was admitted in AMRI hospital.She left her last breath on 19th July,2023
Being her son, I know I can not get back my mother. But I solely accuse AMRI hospital for this incident happened to us and they are the solely accountable for my mothers death due to their misleading treatment and casualness. I claim compensation from them to give condolence to my mother soul.
