My mother Uma Pandey, age 62 was admitted to this hospital in 16/10/18 due to kidney related problems & lungs problems and she was shifted on ventilation on 19/10/18 in ITU3E8130. Now the hospital claiming excess bill and made bill to the extent of rs 8 lakhs approx for claiming treatment of swine flu , heart related diseases. We have never been communicated actual condition of patient. They always try to cheat her and increase their bills. Now we want to shift her in B.R. Singh hospital but the hospital made hostage of my mother and didn't let me to take her from this hospital to B.R. Singh hospital. Kindly help us as we have become penniless and can't afford to pay its outstanding dues.
