I have made a transaction of 11990 on 24 jan 21 from my icici bank upi id of account no 030201517174 named against ritu rani. Amount was deducted from my account but same was not credited in beneficiery upi. I talk to customer care but refused to take complain and said I have to wait for one week. Plz do needful action.
