Loan and payment, I took loan an amt of 1500 /- from cash bean app

I took loan an amt of 1500 /- from cash bean app and after 2 days repayment through upi from paytm while i m doing this that time network was poor and transaction would be done but after that trasaction had failed and it shown me failed but amt had deducted and not back in my account and i had done so many mess to both paytm and cashbean but no one replied me yet my amt of 1725 is missing hou can i return it pls help.
