Gas Cylinder Booking
Complaint Date: February 18, 2016
Dear Sir / Madam,
On 16th FEB 2016, I personally visited for cylinder transfer purpose to Jeevan Jyoti gas services (Agency) as I shifted from saijpur area to hansol area in same city. The lady sitting at jeevan jyoti gas clearly told to refund the initial subsidy amount been paid through bank transfer to my account of RS 568/-. For which I was not convinced, as it is a govt. subsidy been given to consumer. Finally I was helpless and ready to give back cash, but the lady did not given any cash receipt for the same. She denied for receipt and also was not ready to process for transfer order without cash refund without receipt for my consumer id: JJ 10846. unwillingly I paid cash at 14:40 hours on 16/02/2016 (you can check CCTV record of basement office of Jeevan jyoti gas).
I hope management will take action against this un ethical act been done by agency representative.
