I booked my LPG cylinder on 23/09/2023 and it's been 7 days now and yet they have not delivered the LPG... I checked the my HP gas app as well as website portal, there it's saying that booking is being made but yet they haven't delivered the cylinder. I don't know the reason but the my HP gas app as well as website has no feature of complaining as well. Hence I had to come here, we do have dbc but now we're running out of gas i.e soon we'll be left with no LPG it's due to finish... I need a clarification for this. I've also made online payment, and now I think they would bluff me now saying some rubbish shit. Please take action against it, my mum's screaming at me. As if it's my fault, I've done something terrible. She would kill me if they don't deliver the cylinder soon before the first one finishes... Please help
