Provision of cylinder if change from PNG to cylinder due to change of residence

My connection was transferred from Madhu Gas Agency to you. Currently I am using PNG. I would like to clarify what shall be the situation if I change residence where PNG is not there. Can I get my gas cylinder back and connection reactivated in such case? Please advise.
