I am Dipankar ghosh. My brother Bappi Ghosh who is the consumer of Bharat Gas .My consumer no 63702343. My mob Reg mob no 8420513912. I booked gas on 9th Jan 19 but till I did not get delivery cylinder. On behalf my brother I raised complain more than 8 times in bharat gas but they did not take any legal action against him. Complain numbers are 383770 (11.

I have also complained consumer helpline. Complain no 1110907, 1119308 (24.01.19) In between I talked to distributer and distributer forcefully told me to take transfer but I am not ready to take transfer because he is delivering cylinders neighbours and takes extra money . I am not giving him this extra money so he every time harrased me. Even I have paid gas bill online. The Name of Distributer M/S CALCUTTA FLAME. Distributer code 112348.Distributer contact number 9830292746. Even I have registered complained in PG POTAL MINistry of petroleum and natural gas on 25 th Jan but I till now I did not get any solution. In this situation my family is very helpless.My unity who is sugar patient and her health condition is very bad till she making food on stove and Chula. Plz take action against him.
