I had booked a cylinder refill on 18th August 2016 having booking reference No 244565 with Aroop Enterprise, Howrah 711102. A cash memo (No. 3000098098) had been generated against the above Booking on the 24th of August 2016. But On the 1st of September 2016, I had received a message in reference to the above booking that the said booking has been cancelled since I could not provide an empty cylinder. This reason given is completely false as no delivery had been attempted. On every delivery your delivery man asks for extra money above the bill amount and warns me that I would not receive my next refill thus I have always had to pay him an extra amount as tip/Bribe. But at the time of receiving my last refill I refused to pay any extra amount and I have received such cancellation.
