I (Consumer No.: CX20347293) made a complaint to the Customer care no.: 18002333555 on 26.06.2016, and told to Mr. Sandeep (counter-part there) that i got SMS of Gas booking, than cash memo generation (Cash memo no.:. 3000093716) on 18.06.2016 and than delivery on 21.06.2016 (Cash memo no.: 3000095673) BUT GAS CYLINDER HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED TO ME.
He registered my complaint with Complaint No.: 2680663 and promised to escalate the matter with concerned team and to provide me to come out with resolution of the same.
On 28.06.2016, I got a SMS of Gas booking again (ref. no. 2000075636), than Cash memo generation (Cash memo no.: 3000105535), than on 01.07.2016 I got SMS of cancellation of booking due to door closed, than on 02.07.2016, I again got a SMS of delivery of Cylinder (Cash memo no.: 3000108588), BUT THE GAS CYLINDER HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED TO ME AGAIN
Today on 03.07.2016 I again called customer care, during the conversation THEY DISCONNECTED THE CALL 4 TIMES, from their i got to know that the complaint registered by MR. SANDEEP (Complaint No.: 2680663) stated above was “the Gas cylinder has been delivered to me but the details are not updated” instead of “non-delivery of Gas Cylinder even if the delivery SMS has been received, and the same has been repeating with me again and agian.
Now I have 5 Grievances here expected to be redress by you:
1. Non-delivery of Cylinder even if the delivery SMS has been received
2. How the Cash memo no. allotted at the its generation is changing at the time of delivery
3. Customer Care people disconnected my call during conversation
4. Registered wrong Complaint by Mr. Sandeep vide Complaint No.: 2680663 dated 26.06.2016
5. If the Complaint was “the Gas cylinder has been delivered to me but the details are not updated” than how come I got the booking, cash memo generation SMS after registration of above stated complaint

I am pretty well sure that some serious wrong is going with the Indian Oil Corporation and/or INDANE and/or the Gas agencies and/or Gas cylinder delivery people which is leading to effect the public interest in large and/or fraud to the common people.

Being the Citizenship of India, every individual/family is holding a basic human right to get minimum no. of LPG cylinder monthly allowed by the authorities. If somebody is deprived with that than it is the duty of yours (the authorities) to keep check on it and get the processes rectified.
Request you to please address the above stated grievances I have aggrieved with and escalate the same with the concerned team/officer/officers. Otherwise I need escalate the same with the disciplinary authorities/Consumer forums in India.
