Regarding Delivery of a Cylinder

We booked one cylinder on 12 March 2016.The person came for delivery on Tuesday(15th Mar 2016) and didn't call us.He just came to the apartment and inform the security guy to re-book the cylinder again.We re-book the cylinder on 15th mar 2016 .We are trying to reach the agency(Sri Sadguru Indance service Banaglore Bilekahalli - Kodichickanahalli Road) but they are not responding our call on all the three numbers 080 25735161,25735162, 25735163 .Please let us know what is the next action we should take as myself and my wife are working .we are not available between 9am to 6:30am .
