Sir,
i am a consumer of your gas agency vide consumer no. 10866. Today i received a cylinder from your agency at about 10.45 A.M. when i checked it at my home, it seems like some soil is filed inside that sealed cylinder and upon making it rotation a sound comes out from the cylinder. i am of the opinion that your agency has been adopting the malpractice to steal the gas, by way of filing the gas cylinder with soil.
