MR ATHARVA TADPHALE(MOBILE NO : 9820310909) HE IS THE CO-PARTNER HANDLING 2 WHEELER BUSINESS.(Shop No 17, KDMC Sports Complex, MIDC, Dombivli Industrial Area-dombivli East, Opposite Rotary Garden, Near Pendharkar College, Dombivli East - 421203 ) Dist Thane I HAD PAID TOKEN ADVANCE AMT OF RS 2000 FROM MY IDFC BANK A/C NO :10007272098 TRANSACTION REF:UPI/MOB/003958704020 AGST SAME. DUE TO FINANCIAL CRISIS I M UNABLE TO BUY THIS VEHICLE SO I REQUESTED HIM TO REFUND MY TOKEN AMOUNT SINCE I M HAVING FINANCIAL PROBLEM SO I AM UNABLE TO PROCEED FURTHER. BUT HE CONTINUOUSLY DECLINE MY REQUESTS & PHONES.I WANT JUSTICE IN THIS CASE FOR THE HARASSMENT FACED BY ME.
