I had booked a flat in kalyan, r. G. Builder on Feb 2014.
I am hereby complaining about the builder name raj ghansolkar & Amar Ghansolkar (Owner of r. G infrastructure & builders).
I had paid Rs. 1,02,100.00 in cash for flat.
their projects are stopped due to some land problem.
After continuously follow ups to his office he finally accepted to return the amount which i have paid to him.
As per his promise and trustworthy communication i had visited several times his office & gave him my bank account details also to transfer the amount.
he promised, he will transfer the amt on 26 jan 2020,
And still i am not getting my money. His construction is totally stopped due to non payment of his own suppliers. Kindly help me in this matter..
i have his whats-app msgs also that he will do my payment..
but he is not willing to do..
every time giving excuses and harass that he will not going to return money.
his staff is also misguide & misbehaved & harassing when call and ask about their boss.
