I ordered Lilies in a Vase and they have delivered Gerbera on V'day.
Amazingly they have NUMBER to CALL for CUSTOMER SERVICE..it even say that to talk with their representative but then it doesn't happen.
They even don't reply in the CHAT-BOX in the WEBSITE.
STAYED in QUEUE for 4hrs at 8;15 it stopped and got OFFLINE and it is shown in their website that till 9pm their customer service will be available.
Texted in FB at first no one replied then got one message after I replying to that they also went OFF.
And today when I commented on their profile in facebook they blocked me.
PLease take some action against them.
