Car not delivered and cheque dishonoured

This is to bring to your notice that i had booked Tata Nexon XZ+ (Petrol- Grey colour single tone) with your dealer Marigold cars pvt ltd located in Kanjurmarg on 24th Sept 2017 ( booking form attached) with an estimated delivery date of 17th October 2017. I had made a booking amount payment on same day of ₹11111.11 via Indusind bank debit card ( screenshot attached). I also made another payment of ₹10000 via Indusind bank debit card ( screenshot attached) on 8th October 2017. After several followup from my side for delivery date I was told on 17th October that the car would be delivered on 20th October 2017. Basis the confirmation of 20th October 2017 for delivery the executive Mr. Pramod Sharma advised me to disburse my loan and make the payment to Marigold Cars. I had then asked my Bank (HDFC Bank) to disburse the loan and transfer the money which was transferred to Marigold Cars Pvt Ltd ; A/c No. - 50200013255472 IFSC Code - HDFC0000079 Bank Name - HDFC Bank Branch : Santacruz on 17th October 2017 of ₹8,38936. Again after several followups from my side i was informed that car would be delivered on 21st October. On 21st October again was told that car would confirmed delivered on 25th October. Again after several followups from my side i was told on 24th October that the car is not yet allotted to us and has not left the plant. I then had to go to the showroom where i met the showroom manager Mr. Sanjog Lahase who had a meeting with me to get all the details of the issue. In that meeting Mr. Sanjog confirmed that the delivery will be provided on 4th or 5th November 2017. And on 30th October i got a call from another executive Mr. Anand from Marigold cars that the car is still not manufactured and is not available in plant and will still take time to deliver. Upon asking the estimated delivery date we are not been provided with any date as on today (1st November 2017). I had received cheque # 002034 for ₹8,38,936 drawn on HDFC Bank Ltd for reversal of loan disbursed by HDFC bank to Marigold Cars pvt ltd against booking of my car and this cheque # 002034 has been DISHONOURED from Marigold Cars pvt ltd account with reason as INSUFFICIENT FUNDS. i was issued another cheque # 000766 drawn on HDFC bank for ₹ 5900 towards interest charges which has also been “DISHONOURED” with reason as “OTHER REASON- KYC not updated”
