while travelling from muddebihal to bagalkote there is a toll plaza pertaining to KRDCL which has forceably collected toll from the disabled person driving car which is installed with fastag and even produced relevent documents to the toll collector but forceable taken money from the disabled driven car. receipt no is 28 dated 28-12-2020 kindly take suitable action as the govenment of india has given exception by paying toll by the disabled person car invalid cariage
