Duping Money in the name of Montessori Course - Centre for Educational Research & Developmental

Hi Consumer Court Department,
We applied for a online / distance Montessori course with CERDS which is located at the below address -
Centre for Educational Research & Developmental Studies (CERDS)
1st Floor, # 23 Hariprem Buildings,
CMH Road, Indiranagar,
Bengaluru - 560038,
India
There was a admin lady called Sophia Samuel from their side in contact with us.
We registered for the course and got confirmation. We started studying for the course and submitted the required assignments. We even got a reply form their end for the first and second submission. But, all of sudden when the last assignment was submitted, they are absconding since then. No reply to any message or call or email to them till date. the last assignment was submitted well before the course end date over the mail (copy attached). Till date, we have not received any reply or refund from CERDS Bangalore. They duped us at the end of course which is so hurting. We have tried reaching them every possible phone number & mail.
We need the diploma certificate for which we have worked so hard or at least the refund of our end. Kindly help !
All the required proof and documents have been attached to this complaint.
