Regarding issue pending certificates, I have appeared reapper exam in 2014

Respected Sir,

I have appeared reapper exam in 2014 and i have cleared this exam also but till date i no recieved my 4th passed certificate or pervision degree certificate or degree certificate ..i have also many time try to learning center khanna. The honour of centre takl to me university is responsible for your certificate so plz provide to my original all ceritificates therwise i will go to Higt court against your authorised learning centre or univerisity.. So plz provide your correspondence email id i want to submit my case .
