Did not get the study materials from Byjus

I bought a study plan of Rs 41000 for Class 2 & 3 from Byjus under supervision of their employee Apurba Baidya, employee code TNL21894110 on 29.05.2022. I get the study materials of class 2 in 2022. They told me that next academic year they send me the material of class 3 for my child. But almost half year was gone I did not get the study materials. I called Byjus several times and give email also but till date I don't get the material. If the academic year is gone then the study materials is useless for my child. Now I want my money back for class 3.
