This is the case of Amazon India
we trusted Amazon we are an old customer we paid in advance and the delivery person lost the phone. after that they make an investigation report in which they ask nothing from us and said the product is delivered to your doorstep, we have CCTV footage and everything but still, none is listing to us. what kind of investigation does not involve another side? now 15 days are passed and they are saying we cant help you as if we are lying. but no one is listening to us. All this problem we are facing now we have to go police and court but they are shamelessly enjoying.
