Monika Photo Studio - Incomplete delivery against advance payment

Dear Sir,

We have booked for Marriage photoshoot and Pre weeding shoot for Date : 08.02.2018 and advance payment of 80000/- rs has been done in various account provided by the Mr Harish,from Monika studio.
Since last 1.5 year we have request many times but owner Mr Harish ,Mobile no - 7000491126,each time he has givem the excuse for delay.In july'19 date 15.07.2019 2 Album has been handed over and Mr harish has denied to provide the Video and instead of giving the final delivery he forced us for balance of 20000rs without checking the video.

Deliverable which was commited -

1. 2 Wedding albums ( No of sheet 30) with special box.
2. 1 Album of couple portraits

3. 1 Glass frame of couple

4. 2 days drone

5. One wedding teaser
6. one wedding cinematic trailer
7. Prewedding shoot- 1 Video 4 min , 1 whatsapp video , 1 album

Against above we have received only 2 album rest Mr Harish has Denied to provide.
