DTDC courier company not deliver my parcel

I m regular online buyer. When ever my order is coming from DTDC. They never deliver to my home neither inform so that I can collect it from their office. They simply send message that " your area is non servicable" . If by any means I contact them they simply say that apke area me jo hamara office tha band ho gya hai. Wo 20 days Tak Mera saman apne office me rakhe rahte hai. They even do this with medicine and urgent things. Ager DTDC not able to deliver they should not pick up my parcel from the company.
