Dear Sir/ma'am, I was ordered eight products including one bed & one sofa on e-commerce website 'Flipkart' on dated 23 February 2019. When they delivered the products, I found that the both products is defective & also doesn't match the product specifications mentioned by seller. As per product description, both product is very good quality, but i received the product is very low quality and not affordable as per price. Sofa is shaking because its structure is not in good condition & also bed needs support of the wall for stability and base of bed box is not fix. The seller doesn't mentioned any where that the base of bed box is fix & will be laying on the floor. So, i have requested for refund on dated 13 march 2019 within refund period as per seller. Also the above mentioned issues accepted by the technician visit by flipkart. After many intimation, they have not refunded till now & they don't want to communicate my email. So, Kindly take a needful action on the above mentioned issues and please help me to refund my money.
