In Aug 2015 we got internet connection of you broadband....at the time of connection we opted for you storm plan in which we were given125gb for one year and then 25gb more for next month.....now that it is not even a year my internet connection was cut.On inquiring it was told that our plan is over. Lateron we gave them the contract copy where Internet plan was mentioned. Looking at the Contract they reinstated our connection but not as per the plan. They gave only 20GB for 15days whereas we should have got 25GB for another couple of months(time left in our contractual period).
Reason they provided was that Our Contract copy(Customer copy) doesn't match with their duplicate Contract copy (You Broadband copy). Now we feel that they are following this modes-operandi while giving new Internet connections to innocent customers. We never knew their Sales rep is cheating us and haven't mentioned same details what was mentioned on our copy.
We haven't seen You broadband 2nd copy, but feel they are doing fraud. Collecting money upfront from us and now doing whatever they feel like.
Can you please take action against them and provide us justice.
